It seems like this week has been really long! I picked up my daughters prom dress and it is beautiful! I can’t wait to share how beautiful she will look.
So my dieting has been been kind of waning. I think I just need a break from all the point counting and recipe planning. I plan to be back on starting Monday. It is just so difficult but I am determined to lose 22 more pounds.
This recipe looks so cute when it’s all hot and bubbly right from the oven!

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 can reduced fat refrigerator biscuits
- 1 ¼ cups shredded low fat Mexican Cheese
I am actually posted a portion of this post from my iPad so we’ll see how this goes so I am apologizing right now! I’ve never posted from my iPad before so I’m kind of scared! I really need to learn to use it more!
